SHIPPING
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except major holidays. Orders received before 3 pm CST will ship the same day. Orders received after 3 pm CST will ship the following business day.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted for credit up to 30 days from the date of your invoice. Electronc items such as circuit boards, cannot be returned for refund or credit except with an RMA issued by Cinidyne. These items will go through the manufacturer warranty process because they are all OEM parts. This RMA process can only be done through customer-service@cinidyne.com. Cinidyne Sales, Inc. is not responsible for items lost in shipment during return, therefore we recommend that any returns be sent as an insured, registered package. The credit for your return will be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase. This process may take up to two credit card cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
WARRANTY
Parts manufactured by Cinidyne Sales, Inc. will have a 60 day limited warranty against defects in the product. These will be replaced at no cost. Please contact customer-service@cinidyne.com to receive an RMA number for the return of this product. OEM parts are only covered by the manufacturer warranty, should one exist for that particular part.
